Fortix Returns, Exchanges & Limited Warranty Policy
Direct Purchases from Fortixsports.com Only
Fortix only processes returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for paddles purchased directly through the official Fortix website.
If you purchased your Fortix paddle through a retailer, club, coach, brand ambassador, third-party marketplace, or authorized dealer, please contact the original point of purchase directly. Such orders are subject to the return and exchange policies of the original seller, and Fortix.com is unable to process related returns or refunds.

Paddle Condition and Modification Restrictions
We understand that many players make minor adjustments to their paddle setup based on personal preferences. The following minor adjustments will not automatically void eligibility under the 30-day return policy:
- Applying lead tape;
- Applying edge guard tape;
- Using edge guard weights; and
- Adding an overgrip, provided that the original factory grip is not removed.
- The following modifications will void eligibility under the 30-day return policy:
- Removing the original factory grip;
- Modifying, replacing, or removing the butt cap;
- Altering the handle structure;
- Adding filling material, PU inserts, foam, or other internal modifications inside the handle;
- Sanding, cutting, drilling, heating, or otherwise altering the paddle structure; or
- Making structural modifications to the paddle face, edge walls, throat, handle, or butt cap.
If a returned paddle cannot be resold, or has been modified beyond the permitted adjustments listed above, Fortix reserves the right to reject the return or charge additional fees.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your paddle for a different model, thickness, shape, or weight, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
In most cases, exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order. Unless the exchange is due to an incorrect item shipped by Fortix or another issue caused by us, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The following items may be considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Clearance items;
- Cosmetic blemish items;
- Demo paddles;
