We want you to feel confident on the court. We offer a 30-day hassle-free return window for paddles in new, unplayed condition with the original packaging intact.

Every Fortix paddle is built to last and backed by a limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Normal wear from intense play or surface scratches from ground scrapes are not covered.

Orders are processed within one to two business days. Once shipped from our warehouse, standard delivery across the United States typically takes three to five business days.
